TR safety encoders help lifting complete drilling platforms

The Spectra PowerBox 500 Edge AI servers are extremely scalable. The graphics controller integrated on the chip offers excellent graphics performance. The required storage capacity is realised by two 2.5″ SATA drives and is expandable.

The Spectra PowerBox 5000 high-end GPU computing system consists of a basic system that can be expanded with up to two modular GPU expansion boxes. With the help of this structure, the system can be scaled for individual requirements.

Softing expands its dataFEED edgeConnector product family. The new edgeConnector 840D container supports easy access to data from SINUMERIK 840D controllers and makes it available on edge devices or virtual environments via OPC UA and MQTT.

The new AWS Quick Start automatically deploys Softing’s edgeConnector Siemens docker container and AWS IoT SiteWise in the AWS cloud. It demonstrates how to connect Siemens PLCs to the AWS cloud in a secure and scalable way.

Besides HART IP and FDT, the new Version of Softing’s smartLink HW-DP now provides data for optimizing processes via an OPC UA interface. In addition, the new smartLink DTM enables FDT/DTM parameter setting for HART devices.

Softing adds to its Docker technology-based edgeConnector product family. The new edgeConnector Modbus is a flexible Docker container application for Modbus TCP controllers.

With data type conversion and LUA script support, the new V5.15 version of Softing’s dataFEED OPC Suite Extended offers new data pre-processing capabilities.
